  • Comprehensive exercise plan for the duration of the program. Depending on clients needs, workouts range from 3-5x per week, roughly 30-45min each. Primary emphasis on minimal gear and at-home/on the go workouts, with mobility focused warm ups and cool downs. 

  • Weekly live check ins, either phone or Zoom.
